Comeback Post No. 1

Well this is awkward.

After the initial excitement of writing a blog for my son detailing his birth, growing up year and his trials and tribulations, I stop blogging after he is 4 months old. I could give plenty of reasons, but the truth is a kid takes up all your available time. So I will be typing posts from my phone when I can in the future.

Well, he’s now 1 year 2 months old (INSERT OMG THAT’S FAST CLICHE) So without any rhyme or reason, it just struck me to attempt to continue this blog.

For no other reasons than to fill up this post; I will list down the skills he has learn so far:

1. Sneaky attacks to your face when you go close to him. And then an act cute smile after that

2. Climbing up and down the sofa/bed/table/tv cabinet/ with no regards to whether it is physically plausible

3. Cleaning the floor using a broom/cleaning roller. Really, got video proof.

4. Bumping his head on to floors/walls/tables/doors and every imaginable and unimaginable surface.

5. Outfight/outshout/out-survive older kids for toys

6. Attempting to climb back up a slide after he slides down. Every time. Even though it’s not possible for him.

7. Dancing like his dad. Really, got video proof.

8. Managing to make all ‘spill proof’ water bottles spill water.

There should be a lot more, but I’m saving some of those for future posts. (otherwise how to prolong this comeback)
